The Vein Treatment and Aesthetic Center is a highly experienced business in Kansas city for the treatment of varicose and spider veins. Dr. Richardson began using light waves (intense pulsed light or IPL) to treat veins in 1996 and added the use of laser ( intense pulsed laser or IPL) to the options in 1999.
